We decided to take the motorhome to Alaska and spend most of the spring and the summer. We had already rented a home in Emigrant, Mt for a month and will incorporate that into the trip. We expect to get to Alaska the first or second week of June.
Fairbanks has a city sponsored park called Pioneer Park which has a Salmon Bake buffet, also on the way in we saw the Harding Car which was the car President Harding used to come to Fairbanks in 1923 to dedicate the Alaska Railroad.
