Haines, Alaska is a Lynn Canal town that is 15 water miles away from Skagway but it is 360 travel miles by RV. This is the harbor as we stopped to pick up 6 more people. Now have 40 people on board

We decided to take the motorhome to Alaska and spend most of the spring and the summer. We had already rented a home in Emigrant, Mt for a month and will incorporate that into the trip. We expect to get to Alaska the first or second week of June.
