For the past two days the AC has not been working. There is a good-sized Winnebago service center here, so Daddy is trying to get it fixed. We also have some warranty work to be done. I will do the 6 loads of laundry.
Laundry is done , but they don't have the condenser for the AC and it'll take several days; which we don't have. So we are on our way to Jackson Hole, Wyoming on the back roads. As soon as we left the town of Salt Lake City, went up the first mountain and down on #15 to #89 through the Wasatch Cache National Forest; we noticed something strange in the camera view of the car. The cover for the diesel engine fell open and down onto the hitch for the car. Now one of the hydraulic lifts for the cover is broken. The service department is claiming they never touched it. Whatever!
The back roads is really the way to see the scenery. The diesel prices have gone from 2.79 a gallon in Tennessee to 3.11 a gallon in Utah and that's the cheapest we can now find. Daddy is having a fit. Also they only sell 75 dollars of diesel at a time, so we have to do the 75 dollars two times to get what we need. We just put 150 in and it is only 3/4ths full.
